Return & Refund Policy
We want you — and your pup — to love everything you order from Paws Bounce. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
To start a return, contact us at support@paw-bounce.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide instructions for sending the item back.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened food, treats, or supplements
- Used toys, grooming products, or beds
- Personalized or custom items
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out before returning.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
